Almost every "problem" is a dog asking for help in the only way they know how. Here are some of the most common — you might recognise more than one.
Walks feel like a workout you didn't sign up for.You brace yourself every time another dog appears, and your shoulders pay for it.
Anxiety & EnergyErupting at other dogs, strangers, bikes. You've started timing walks to avoid everyone — and it's exhausting.
Anxiety & EnergyChewed furniture, complaints about the barking. You're not lazy and your dog isn't bad — there's just too much unspent energy.
Fitness & ConditioningEndless pacing, whining, demand-barking.Your dog never seems to truly rest — and neither do you.
Anxiety & EnergyPuddles by the door, or in a favourite corner.Once your vet has ruled out a medical cause, indoor accidents are often about stress, routine, or anxiety — and that we can work on together.
Anxiety & EnergyFlinching, hiding, frozen by the world. You want to help them feel safe, but you're not sure where to begin.
Rescue IntegrationStiffer, heavier, less mobile than they were. You want to keep your older dog comfortable and moving for as long as possible.
Fitness & ConditioningYou love your dog. You're not the problem — and neither are they. With the right understanding, almost all of this is solvable.
Sense & Flexibility provides behavioural and fitness support, not veterinary treatment. For medical concerns, always consult your vet first — I'm happy to work alongside veterinary care.
If more walks were the solution, you'd have solved it already. The issue usually isn't the amount of movement — it's the kind.
A lap of the block lets your dog stretch their legs — but it does little for a restless mind. Structured movement that challenges the body and the brain together is what actually shifts anxiety, reactivity, and pent-up energy. That's the difference between tiring a dog out and truly satisfying them — and it's where lasting change begins.
Enriching activity regulates stress hormones and channels nervous energy, easing the behaviour that surfaces at home.
Weight, joints, and cardiovascular health all benefit from consistent, tailored movement — especially as dogs age.
A mentally satisfied dog socialises more easily, responds to cues, and stays composed when things get busy.
Working through enriching activity together builds trust. Dogs who engage with their owners feel more connected.
Before anything else, I come to you. I meet your dog, understand what's going on, and tell you exactly what I'd recommend — no pressure, no guesswork.
I'll observe your dog, go through their history with you, and give you my honest read on what's going on. You'll leave with a clear picture of what kind of support your dog needs — and what working together looks like.
Structured physical activity built around your dog's breed, age, and condition. Builds strength, focus, and the kind of healthy tiredness that makes home life easier.
For dogs driven by fear, over-arousal, or poor impulse control — and for owners exhausted by it. My most in-depth programme.
For newly adopted dogs still finding their footing. Unknown histories and past trauma need patience and a plan — I'll help you build both.
Rescue dogs aren't a side project for me — they're the reason I do this. I know how much love it takes to open your home to a dog who's had a hard start, and how daunting those first months can be. That's why I want to make expert support reachable for the people doing that work.
If you adopted from a Warsaw shelter, you'll receive 25% off every Rescue Dog Integration session — my way of backing the cause, and the people who choose to adopt.
"Every rescue dog carries a story. My job is to help them write the next chapter — one session at a time."— Desi, founder of Sense & Flexibility

Sessions begin at your location or a nearby park. Most owners notice a real difference within the first 4–6 sessions.
I am Polish, born in Bulgaria, and raised right here in Warsaw. Eleven years ago I returned to Bulgaria — and what was meant to be a chapter became a decade. Dog homelessness there is overwhelming, and I couldn't look away. I fostered, I rescued, I worked alongside vets and international organisations, and over those years I helped thousands of dogs find safety, health, and a second chance. In August 2024 I came home to Warsaw, bringing everything I learned with me. I've put myself on the line again and again for dogs who had no one — because I believe every dog, whatever their start, deserves a good life.
Three dogs who arrived broken and gave me a lifetime of lessons. They're all doing wonderfully now — and they absolutely know it.
Baron came to me at eight — a former fighting dog who'd been caged, overfed, and abandoned on the streets. He could barely walk. That was five years ago. Today he gets mistaken for a puppy on a regular basis, and he carries himself accordingly.
My first rescue in Bulgaria — I found him on the streets, close to dying from skin infections. He pulled through, trained up, and went from barking at absolutely everything to barely making a peep on walks. He still has opinions about other dogs, but he's learned to keep them mostly to himself.
I found her at a petrol station in Bulgaria, scrapping for every meal. She arrived terrified and reactive — the kind of dog that makes you question everything. Now she's calm at home, confident outdoors, and obsessed with meeting new people. She also looks like a Temu German Shepherd, which I say with complete affection.
Proof that the most difficult dogs are often the most extraordinary ones. 🐾
Real results from real clients.
Wspaniała i satysfakcjonująca współpraca i pomoc w opiece nad czterema adoptowanymi psiakami z trudną przeszłością i reaktywnością. Otrzymałam istotne informacje, wyjaśnienia i ćwiczenia poprawiające relacje i zachowania mojego "stada".
